Cullum Group is pleased to announce the 100% acquisition of Thermofuse Pipelines Limited, who are headquartered in Harworth, Doncaster, and employ around 45 members of staff.

With two other subsidiaries operating in the Water and Industrial sector, this is a targeted acquisition to complement some of Cullum Group’s existing product and service offerings.

Cullum Group Managing Director, Mark Jansen stated “The Cullum Group supports critical infrastructure products and services across several diverse sectors. Thermofuse’s technical offering and culture complement this, both in its ability to scale for larger and complex projects, as well as offer urgent support to its customer base. We look forward to working with the incumbent management team to support the businesses growth strategy.”

Cullum Group consists of six trading subsidiaries across the UK and USA, with 240 staff employed in total. The Group remains acquisitive to support its aggressive expansion plans.
