Launch of the Cullum Group Emerging Talent Scheme
The bright future of Cullum Group now looks a little brighter!
Yesterday was the launch of the inaugural Cullum Group Emerging Talent Scheme, where future leaders from the subsidiaries will get together on a regular basis to get an in-depth overview of the various facets of business execution.
This is a yearlong course, and with internal mentorship and external coaching programme included.
One of our Group objectives is that by 2030, 35% of our organization is ‘home-grown’. We are keen to ensure this includes leadership positions as well.
